Delete your Panya Routes account

Panya Routes is the route and navigation app published by Panya Routes Limited. You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or by email if you no longer have the app.

In the app

Fastest. The account is deleted as soon as both checks pass.

  1. Open Profile, then Settings.
  2. Go to Account actions and choose Delete account.
  3. Read the list of what will be destroyed, then choose Delete My Account.
  4. Type DELETE, then enter the six-digit code sent to the account's email address.

Without the app

For when the app is gone or you cannot sign in.

  1. Email support@panyaroutes.com from the address the account uses, with the subject “Delete my Panya Routes account”.
  2. We reply to that address to confirm the request came from you. Nothing is deleted before that confirmation.
  3. We delete the account and its data, and email you when it is done.
  4. Never send a sign-in code, and we will never ask for one.
Email a deletion request

Want a copy first? Signed in, open Settings and choose Download your data before you delete the account. Public routes already downloaded to your phone stay available offline; they are not account data.

What is deleted

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Everything the account owns goes with it.

  • Your account and the email address you sign in with
  • Your garage: every vehicle and its capability details
  • Saved routes, collections and saved private plans
  • Your activity history
  • Community contributions: photos, comments, hazard reports and condition reports you submitted
  • Your convoy memberships and live location links

What is kept, and why

A few records outlive the account, so that a deletion can be proved and abuse cannot be erased by deleting an account. The privacy policy, once published, states how long each is kept.

  • A record that a deletion happened: the account number, the request number and the time. It holds no name and no email address.
  • The history of any enforcement action on the account, such as a suspension, kept without a link to your account.
  • Security audit entries, kept without a link to your account.
  • Copies inside encrypted backups, until each backup expires.
  • If you belong to a sponsor organisation, its campaigns, invoices and payment records, which belong to the organisation rather than to your account.

Staff console accounts cannot delete themselves in the app. Staff and sponsor team members who want an account closed should email support@panyaroutes.com.
