Help with the app, a route, or your account
Start with the help inside Panya Routes. If you still need us, email the published support address. Your email app controls sending and delivery; nothing reaches Panya until you send it.
Start with the answer already in the app
Published help stays with the same app release you are using. That makes it the best first check for current controls and wording.
Open Settings, then Help
Search the published answers for routes, offline downloads, your garage, recording, sharing, and account controls.
Check the app version
Open Settings, then About. Include the version and build in your message so we can understand which release you are using.
Describe what happened
Tell us the screen, route name, device type, and the action you took. Include the exact error text when it is safe to share.
A route report is not an emergency call
Panya can collect route conditions for moderation. It does not monitor a journey, dispatch recovery, or contact emergency services for you.
A hazard or changed route condition
Use the hazard or condition report in the app when you can. It keeps the report attached to the route and sends it for moderation; it does not publish the report immediately.
An app defect or security concern
Email hello@panyaroutes.com with the affected screen and build. For a security concern, use the subject “Security report” and leave credentials, codes, private tracks, and live links out of the message.
If someone may be in immediate danger, contact them and the local emergency services directly. Do not wait for a reply from Panya.
Delete your account in the app
Open Settings, go to Account actions, then choose Delete account. The screen lists the data that will be destroyed before you continue.
Deletion needs the account to be signed in. You type DELETE and confirm with a six-digit code sent to the account's verified email address. The app does not delete anything until both checks pass.
Cannot sign in or receive the code?
Email support from the address connected to the account and explain which step fails. An email does not delete the account automatically. Never include the six-digit code in the message.
